This is pretty quiet, but don’t be fooled by claims of “silence.” It moves plenty of air to cool my laptop.
It has really bright blue lights shining on the fan, which was really cool when I first set it up. I find this quite annoying now as these lights are too bright for me to leave this on when I go to sleep.
This works great on a desktop or other flat hard surface, but there is not grill on the bottom of the fan, so you will be constantly hitting it if you try to use this on your bed or your lap.
I think there are better options in the market, but this one is nice to have at this price point.

This cooler has a large and completely silent fan which is useful for cooling older laptops.
It doesn’t work well for lap, bed, or couch use, but if your laptop is confined to a desk, this is the cooler for you.

well. I don’t think that it is a good item to have it.
it’s not perfectly makes my computer keep cool,I still can feel that my computer is warm..
well.. it might because my computer is little bit bigger than this cooler..!
