Does not work properly. Product does not cool the laptop at all. Better not to have a laptop cooler than to have this thing.

I received this product about two weeks ago. Today it quit working. Tomorrow it will be in the recycle bin. Another Chinese product rip off scheme of hard earned dollars. It is an insult that anyone would actually sell me this piece of crap and the seller who did so is a thief.

the fans are too weak to cool their self also the hub is just a toy that does not work at all.

The cooling pad seems to be cooling ok but its very cheaply built. You have to play with the on swicth to turn it on. The USB ports are not usb 2.0 as advertised and does transfer information (like MP3 music) without locking up the computer. Do not buy because of the cheap price. Spend an extra $10 and get something decent.

I ordered this and got the wrong product then the power plug. They replaced the Unit but Still with the wrong product. I an glad they replaced the product But I would like to have gotten the right product to begin with.
