What is the best cooling device for my laptop?

I own a XPS M1330. I’m looking for a cooling pad or whatever to help cool my laptop when play Mass Effect 2. Only game I ever brought for the PC. Anywho, when I play the game, it stutters do to the heat and I wish to remedy this. Can someone assist me?
