I saw some at target and i have one… i dont know if there under 20 defo under 40
i just got a good one from walmart. it’s made by swiss army. i paid 21 dollars for it but it good
Being English, I wasn’t able to get the exact price, but it should be around $20-30. The link for the product is in the ‘source’. – I’ve had experience with this pad and it does the job brilliantly.
For under $20 you don’t have a lot of choices. And what should be “good” about it? It’s just a fan.
