willl a external laptop cooling fan fix my problem because the fan in my laptop has broke?

Open your laptop up and fit a new internal fan.
Its not hard.

Not much because it will only keep your battery cool while charging. You really need to have the internal fan fixed or replaced. I’m sure that the vents are covered with lots of dust which is why the laptop overheats and hangs.

Probably not..cause the internal fan is used to get the heat out from the pc or laptop..any external fan will just keep the outer part cool..but the inner part will still produce heat so it won’t be that effective..better buy a new internal fan..

I suggest take to a certified technician because your laptop may still have the warranty service from the supplier, at that point the next time you may encounter other problems with regards to your laptop they may still accept it to fix it for free.
